Service Description
Choose your date, rental duration, and submit your request online. Space includes tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, and a 75” Smart TV. Your reservation is confirmed once payment and deposit are received. Fee includes $100 deposit that will be refunded based on inspection.
Cancellation Policy
- Damage/Cleaning Deposit: $100 (Will be returned according to condition after inspection of space) - Reservation price and Deposit must be paid in full to hold reservation. - Cancelled Reservation: $25 Fee AMENITIES AND RULES - Black Banquet Chairs, 8’ and 6’ Rectangular Tables and Black Tablecloths - 75” Smart TV and free Wi-fi - Convenient at the door parking lot - No Smoking. Alcohol is allowed inside the building only. - Place trash in rolling trash cans outside the back door. - Take dirty tablecloths off tables and put them in a pile. - Sweep floor.
